SAP Concept Ltd merge its business in the Balkans with CNT Bulgaria.

Effective 1 November 2010, SAP Concept Ltd has merged its business in the Balkans with CNT Bulgaria.

From this date, SAP Concept will assume all of the consulting resources and commercial operations of CNT Bulgaria. At the same time, SAP Concept Ltd will become the international partner company of CNT International in the Balkan Region. 

SAP Concept Ltd. and CNT International have long histories of successful SAP centric projects in the Bulgarian market, and in the wider CEE region, both individually and through joint cooperation.The decision to formally merge the two companies creates a single, stronger business which benefits its customers through improved customer service, increased in-house expertise and greater geographic reach. In the Balkan region, the merged company will operate under the brand of SAP Concept. 

Accordingly, from 1st November 2010, all commercial activities, staff and assets of CNT Bulgaria will be transferred to SAP Concept Ltd. “ The merger will have a positive effect on all of our customers.
